  NOW is inspired by system thinking as a way to observe and analyse a situation as well as to act creatively. We use and combine our expertise in performance art, movement research, spatial design practice, coding and instrument design as well as our pedagogical experience. We offer a different perspective to these questions by creating performative systems that multiply, magnify or revert cycles of cause and effect. Monoták

  Monoták is a collective of 10 composers who first came together in 2012 to create a broad range of events, from contemporary classical concerts to sound installations and sonic happenings. We have a DIY approach and are actively seeking new relationships with audiences and colleagues inside and outside the music world. Often performing ourselves, we have very diverse musical styles with influences from jazz and electronic improvisation to pop and classical.   Ivo Bol makes electronic and electro-acoustic pieces, music for film, dance and theatre and installations. When performing he uses his body to manipulate sounds with light sensors, touch, gesture or brainwaves. His work is often interdisciplinary, collaborating with dancers, light designers , scientists and film-makers.
