During the time that I worked at Accell IT Services, where I worked closely with Ivo in my role as a System Engineer, I got to know Ivo as a good technical network engineer with very strong technically driven skillset. He is eager to learn, thrives to innovate and is very adaptive to new situations. He is also well organized, which makes him very accurate in the things that he does. In my experience, the best thing about him is not the fact that he's technical, but that he is open to opinions of other people, but doesn't have a problem voicing his own honest opinion to someone else, if needed. He is loyal, always handles with empathy towards others, but knows when he needs to act, to stop a situation from getting out of hand. A good Network Engineer with strong social capabilities!

While doing my network activities I also got the opportunity to be project manager for a project called Accell@Work. I personally helped setup and create the plan for the roll-out of this platform through out most of Accell Group. By leading this project the team and I helped make Accell Group's first move into the cloud. By combining multiple SaaS products we managed to create a new global workspace to be used by all companies within the Accell Group.
