Ivette, it was a great pleasure to work with you. During those years you were my right-hand arm on all HR issues, and despite the several challenges we've faced, I believe we were able to build a positive winning culture and ethical common ground throughout our Latin America team. Your contributions were key to make it happen, and your leadership helped us build a seasoned team that faced several changes throughout our path here.

I am pleased to recommend Ivette as a highly competent, multi-talented Human Resources leader. She and I worked together for many years at ARRIS, a global network communications company before it was acquired by CommScope in 2019. While at ARRIS I led the HR organization and worked closely with Ivette whose responsibilities included managing a team of HR professionals in our CALA region (Caribbean & Latin America with 2,500 + employees), forging successful business partner relationships with our senior CALA leaders, and fostering employee engagement at all levels within the organization. In addition to these core responsibilities, Ivette was very much a key contributor of companywide initiatives due to her broad experience, collaborative spirit and expert facilitation skills. She served as a board member of our global ARRIS Women’s Business Network (AWBN) and actively participated in special cross functional teams focused on organizational development, organizational design and employee engagement just to name a few. Ivette is a trusted professional and pleasure to work with.
