  As a Site Supervisor/Manager for Transforming Your Home I was directly involved in multiple private high spec projects. Most of them were Luxurious apartments and houses up to four floors and value of a single properties from one to twelve million pounds. Mainly involved in general refurbishments, loft conversions, extensions, basements, roofs structures, underpinnings and other types of works. I was responsible for the H&S for of all the personal plus the Subcontractors on Site. All the types of the Construction works had to be directly supervised and check by me and to make sure that they are as per the specification given and up to right standard. Including all the finishes such as dry lining, kitchens, doors installation, floors ,all mechanical-electrical, plastering, decoration ,final singings. I had to take care of all the materials calculation, placing orders and managing the deliveries same as the waste disposal. Looking after the projects after their completion during the company customer warranty for the next year sorting out the outstanding problems reported by the customers.
