Iva was one of our most effective Vice Presidents, while we led together the Local Committee of AIESEC Sofia TU for 2013-14. We achieved a 3 times growth in comparison with the previous year. She was responsible for the main and focus area and organized international projects with a lot of passion. She is a very energetic, hard working and motivated person, who wants to contribute to the society and the organizations that she works for. As a President at that term, I can assure that Iva knows a lot and right about team management. We all became experts in Team Leadership, led by the principles of "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team" (book), the AIESEC leaders and trainings as well as all the challanges that we had to face.
