I joined DP in October 2017 with 2 primary goals: 1- To build a new SEA team with the right skills to take on a multi-million Euro budget across 3 product lines and multiple online properties, advertised in over 10 markets worldwide; 2- To put automation at the heart of our SEA management strategy, redesigning our account structures, bringing the necessary level of standardisation, and working with JavaScript developers to design, test, implement and manage a system of automated Google Ads script rules and programs to execute all changes needed to keywords, bids, ad copies, budgets, etc. Currently my responsibilities include the ongoing development of our automation system, owning and improving our performance results, managing a team of developers and account managers, liaising with stakeholders and looking after any SEA related projects.
