This work was also supported by a government grant, and I optimized the adhesive production in the laboratory and selected packaging for the composition to improve the spray pattern. We produced an experimental batch of fabric adhesive and participated in the patenting of the composition.   JSC "Institute of Pharmaceutical Technologies" is a small enterprise that specializes in the development of dosage forms on a turnkey basis. The company actively invests in advanced technologies for drug production, such as microreactors and innovative packaging solutions (DosePan). As a result of their dedication to innovation, the company has received multiple grants. During my time with the company, I have achieved several notable accomplishments. - Firstly, I worked as part of a team responsible for implementing state-supported grants. Through this effort, we developed schemes for obtaining 3 active substances and subsequently developed 3 dosage forms based on them. The resulting substances and dosage forms were standardized and passed preclinical studies for efficacy and safety. - Secondly, I was responsible for developing technical documentation for one of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in the world, with an annual income exceeding 3 billion dollars. Specifically, I created documentation for 3 drugs used in cardiology and oncology. - Thirdly, I acted as a process engineer for R&D blister machine by Rohrer AG (Möhlin, Switzerland) for liquid dosage forms, such as vaccines and eye drops. I also conducted pilot studies to optimize packaging for the Luer-Lock system using 3D printing technology. - Lastly, I organized and launched small-scale production of 2 stock keeping units of disinfectants.   - A patented synthesis of the oligomeric form of a guanidine derivative has been developed in a microreactor, followed by standardization of the compound. Using the synthesized substance, eye drops have been created to treat bacterial and viral conjunctivitis. Preclinical trials have confirmed the effectiveness of the developed drug composition.
