• Master thesis title: Transparent and flexible ECoG electrode arrays of metallic nanostructures for neural recordings. • Development of a brain device composed by transparent and flexible electrode arrays made of emerging conductive nanostructures. This aims to explore the electrical, optical and mechanical properties of these electrodes in order to advance electrocorticography measurements by recording neural extracellular signals from the mouse cortex. • Collaboration between FCT NOVA Research Centers CENIMAT|i3N and CEMOP/UNINOVA, and the Champalimaud Center for the Unknown. • Final grade: 18/20. • Supervisor: Dr. Joana Neto. • Annual event which aims to recognize high-achieving and outstanding young females by providing an exclusive workshop for skill development: centered leadership, personal presence, among other topics. Attendees are able to explore the importance of women in leadership and to refine their own leadership style. • I was one of the ~300 girls selected for this event, amid a group of >6000 worldwide (5% admission). • Annual event which aims to recognize high-achieving and outstanding young females by providing an exclusive workshop for skill development: centered leadership, personal presence, among other topics.
