Operation: In the field of IT Procurement, I worked closely with my team to deliver the desired IT equipments (for 29 countries) for the best possible price and in the fastest time. I worked closely with 3rd party vendors.I was responsible for delivering the main KPIs (SLAs, time to deliver, customer satisfaction). I put together a mechanism and procedures to ensure that we meet the goal of our SLAs, this brought an improvement by 20%. I run country governance programme for all IT managers in EMEA. Talent management: I led a team of amazing professionals (6-8 people).I coached and mentored them in regards to their day to day duties, KPIs and development.
