You will rarely find someone leave such a lasting impression in such a short time as Ivana did on Sopro within less than 1 year. I worked with Ivana in the same department - the People & Culture team for about 1 year. During my time at the department, I couldn't help but notice how fast Ivana was building and developing her relationships both inside and outside of her team. Within just a few months, Ivana had established communication channels with practically every department, which I deep a key skill for someone working in Talent Acquisition. Her impeccable communication skills granted Ivana ease in both internal communications and communication with potential candidates during the interview process. While we had not interviewed anyone together, we often shared office space and I could notice how relaxed and natural she is during interviews, guiding different candidates (majority of the interviews were tech interviews) along the process and explaining complex tech roles in simple terms. With great organisational skills, she was always ensuring each candidate received a seamless, smooth experience and she was very much on top of everything when it came to using the Recruitee software. Moreover, her care for others developed with an additional role as a Diversity & Inclusion Champion. Through this role, Ivana worked with a team of 7 to create a better work environment for a workforce of 300, pushing ahead lots of D&I initiatives and ensuring everyone worked in an inclusive space. With her creativity, organisational and communication skills, I would recommend Ivana as a standout asset to any Talent Acquisition team.
