I was Ivanas reporting manager at Pierce for about 4 months where she worked as HR & Office coordinator, manageing the office and events and more. She did this very well. She had very good work ethic and employees felt safe coming to her which made her a good point of contact. She has a very structured mindset and shows appreciation for the little things and remains a positive mindset. I hope her next employer take care of her nicely :) Been a pleasure working with her.

I had the pleasure to work with Ivana in Mars Czech s.r.o, between March, 2014 and December, 2016. During this period I was having the role of HR Director for the Czech organization, later as HR Project Manager for Central Europe. We experienced working together having direct reporting line to me and also dotted line reporting. Ivana joined Mars in a very turbulent period of time: just before moving our office from Porici nad Sazavou to Prague. Her professional approach and excellent support was truly crucial for the success of the project. Later on she proved similar excellence in another crucial project: turning the Prague office from a local to a cluster location. Ivana performed various roles during working for Mars: as Leadership Team Coordinator (first local, later regional), Office Co-ordinator, Project Manager. She was always keen to learn and apply new things, taking the extra mile to become expert in certain areas. Sometimes she was lacking a bit of self-confidence at the beginning, but with little guidance & support she moved on and achieved success in whatever she was asked for. She is an extremely professional, precise, responsible, reliable, loyal, hard working person. Whatever she committed, you can be assured, that it will be delivered on time and with high quality. She is doing everything (even if being under huge stress or tight deadlines) with a very calm, modest, pleasant attitude. Just talking to her is already helping to calm down! She is proactive, initiating new things, continuous improvements and has the strength to stand alone even in tough situations. She is very conscious about her self-development, regularly asking for feedback & taking the learnings of any situations. On top of her high professionalism I really liked working with Ivana also because of her nice personality. She is a real team player, always taking good care of others, trying to help with anything (both work & private). I really felt being gifted with her I would happily work with her in the future too and hope to remain her friend too.
