Ivana se umí neuvěřitelně zapálit pro práci. Když se do toho dá, je jen málo lidí s tolik entusiasmem. Recruitment je její koníček a je v něm skutečně dobrá. Dokáže povzbudit a v týmu je jen málo lidí, kteří by stmelili víc než Ivča. Je radost s Ivčou pracovat a mít v týmu takového člověka, díky za čas, kdy jsi mě inspirovala a byla mi týmovou oporou.
