As a Team Leader, my responsibilities included planning and conducting various inclusive indoor and outdoor activities, focusing on themes like employability, health and well-being, careers, and post-COVID socialisation. I led independent groups and served as a role model, nurturing positive behaviour among young people. I coached participants to help them understand their personal goals and supported their development to achieve them. My role also involved monitoring the well-being of young people throughout the NCS program, paying special attention to recorded additional needs and COVID-19-related risks, and following established procedures.
