SKCG - LeSallay Academy is a private secondary school with a strong emotional support for students. For that purpose the school has contracted a group of counselors, psychologists etc.Responsibilities:- Creating and hosting 12 weeks of psychological and educational experience through games.- Hiring the crew of counselors for a project.- Developing educational programs for counselors.- Fixing any sort of Emergencies on project - from stopping fights between kids to providing assistance with young-adult problems.- Analyzing group dynamics and kids behavior - filling the documentation with Word/Excel/PowerPoint.Achievements:● Successfully registered over 150 counselors in order to form the teams for every on-site session of the academy. Up to 3 teams were serving over 12 sessions a year, including the pandemic period ● Took part in the daily planning and monitoring of development tasks, and define priorities● Designed a scheme of activities for counselor teams’ to insure its efficiency for more than 30 sessions ● Created and developed 100+ games to form group dynamics for children and adults of the academy ● Developed and maintained the documentation for expanding the school into a franchise which showed its efficiency in three countries (Russia, France, USA)

Including on-line formats.● Fixed dozens of technical, administrational and psychological issues in the session.

Each time I was able to agree a new budget and duration of the project with the client● Two years of full document set’s management (Budgets, Terms of Reference, Requirements, Cost, Plan etc.)● In a short period (about 1,5 months) a team of 5 people was assembled. Also a website, program, technical support and equipment for a six-month course were developed ● Four camps for more than a hundred kids were conducted. The age of participants was 9-15 years.
