Responsibilities: - Offering specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills - Coordinating all the logistics related to the training sessions - Monitoring, evaluating and recording training activities and program effectiveness - Evaluating training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts - Developing alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen - Negotiating contracts with clients, including desired training outcomes, fees and expenses - Supervising instructors, evaluate instructor performance, and refer instructors to classes for skill development - Developing and maintaining relationships with clients Currently responsible for all the engineering programs related to mechanical, maintenance and reliability field.
