Kideco Jaya Agung – Coal Mining) • Organizing new contract and renewal contract for export shipments • Checking Draft LC from buyer for upcoming shipment • Updating LC status also informing LC details including price calculation to other departments • Coordination with bank for LC status, payment • Monitoring discrepancy performance with bank, analyze, and solve the issue. • Monitoring shipment progress and make sure the smooth clearance for custom, etc. • Processing Bid Bond for tender participation and Performance Bond after winning tender. • Calculating Advance Royalty Payment weekly basis in order for smooth clearance of shipment. • Calculating Final Royalty Payment as required to settle the difference between planned and actual shipment. • Monitor E-PNBP system for payment status for Advance Royalty and Final Royalty • Monitor MOMS (Minerba Online Monitoring System): Inventory Status and Sales Performance Status. • Checking Draft COA (Certificate of Analysis) before issuance • Processing Umpire Challenge regarding the quality challenged by the buyer • Submit Monthly Sales Report to Government – Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources • Submit Monthly Export Realization to Government – Ministry of Trade • Responsible to obtain and renewal of Export License (Registered Exporter/ET Batubara) from Ministry of Trade • Checking Demurrage Despatch Status and Processing • Checking Draft Invoice to Buyer in accordance with LC requirements in order to prevent LC discrepancy from bank • Submit Actual Sales Data, Sales Plan Data to Control Tower • Calculate, Monitor, and Report the performance of Monthly Royalty Exposure • Submit Weekly Marketing Report such as performance for current week and plan for the next week • Updating Weekly Coal Index issued by coal index publisher • Creating Monthly Sales Performance and Present to Directors • Calculate/Estimate, Update Status of Yearly Sales Revenue Show less
