Manage a vibrant independent publishing company, producing great books for young and old. Particular interests in driving change to keep publishing relevant in the 21st century, whether through ebooks, increased international focus or just making beautiful things that people simply have to have. Overseeing the excellent work of the executive team producing a fantastic festival celebrating Irish writing and publishing. Oversaw the transition to a digital festival in 2020, and changing funding relationships.   On the board of Publishing Ireland, the trade body for the Irish book publishing industry. Vice-president 2017-2018, President 2018-2019, Past-President 2019-2020. Initiated the Books for Screen collaboration with Screen Directors Guild of Ireland, oversaw the return of Dublin Book Festival to Publishing Ireland, enhanced cooperation with New Zealand industry following visit in 2017. Represent Publishing Ireland at Federation of European Publishers. Currently ex oficio board member. On the board of Publishing Ireland, the trade body for the Irish book publishing industry.
