  Originally employed to increase sales but the company was short staffed and was asked to Project Manage the Mimosa Phase 111 Upgrade in Zimbabwe. Cut my teeth in Operations ensuring Export Customs clearance, load planning, abnormal loads (Ball Mill etc.) and Status Reporting and managing Beit Bridge Customs procedures for over 1200 truckloads in a fourteen month period. After that handled all the same aspects for DRA on the Letseng Diamond Mine Project.
