Managed DS team using scrum methodology and HADI approach. With the team we built credit conveyor including: • Credit risk valuation. Developed and implemented own credit scoring models from scratch. Achieved stable performance which is higher than tested commercial scoring models. Invested a real debt portfolio according to the developed models with a yield of 100% per annum after defaults. • Fraud-detection. Developed models to determine links between users. Proposed improvements for user verification and identification process. Regular fraud prevention in the amount of 5% of account turnover. • User segmentation. A segment of borrower users underestimated by banks (low EL with bad Equifax credit scoring) was found. Also I proposed and validated own business hypotheses for the second market of debts, for working with defaulted debts, for timely payment motivation of borrowers and others. Show less
