My lab took an integrative (multi-omics) approach to understand the regulatory functions of the human genome and how dysfunction can lead to disease. We identified and characterized mechanisms of hormonal dysregulation, cancer progression, neurodevelopment disorders, and heart disease, using ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, GRO-seq, RNA-seq, ribo-seq, scRNA-seq, scATAC-seq, CRISPR, and publishing in Nature (2021, 2011, 2010), Cell Reports Medicine (2021), Cell Reports (2020), Cell Research (2020), Nature Genetics (2019), J.
