  •Implementation of an all-level Quality Assurance System in the Production Department. •Coordination of the Validation team (Production and Quality Control Department) focusing on Process and Cleaning Validation and Equipment Qualification. •Self-inspections of the company’s various departments as well as GMP audits to contracted laboratories (some of these abroad). •Production and warehouse staff training (about 50 people). •Participation in the design and fine-tuning of the company’s new facilities (transfer and unification of two different companies in a 7,000m2 plant). •Annual production planning (approximately 2 million units per year). It involved a permanent collaboration with the Purchasing Department to coordinate the supplying of raw materials as well as packaging materials (approximately 1500 references). •Coordination of subcontracted laboratories (some of them abroad). •Participation in the ERP implementation (Sage Adonix X3) in the Production Department.
