• Preparation of Material Master Data for SAP system • Revision of all Material and Logistic Management Procedures • Maintain a high standard of administrative accuracy, and control over the movement of stock in and out of the stores onboard. Ensure all records are accurate, transparent and up to date in the Computerized Stock Control System and ensure that they reflect the actual situation with regards to stock movements • Monitor all Material and Logistic requirements for the FLNG and ensure that all material and equipment's movement to and from the FLNG, by sea or air; are correctly preserved, packaged, verified, recorded and manifested in close cooperation with the applicable department onboard and onshore. This also includes return goods whether for onshore storage, scrap or re- certification/calibration. • Carry out stock audits and issue Stock Audit Reports according to procedure • Actively participate in Planning meetings on board to obtain information about upcoming works and activities on board • Provide status for materials which are required according to the Maintenance plan in line with the planning procedure. • Based on the Maintenance plan and stock movement analysis, assess and advice management onboard on optimization of Min/Max levels, spare parts and consumables inventory. • Monitor and advice management onboard with respect to timely reorder of all defined spare parts, special tools - consumables on-board, in line with the required min/max levels and upcoming requirements. • Maintain a matrix relation with onshore Material and Logistic Coordinator and the rest of Supply Chain, in terms of materials and spare parts delivery status, movements and Onshore Warehousing inventory. • Ensure hazardous/dangerous materials transportation and storage regulations and procedures are adhered to and documented. Control issuance and storage of health hazardous substances. Ensure MSDS and chemical management control are up to date and are referred to as needed. Show less
