This also includes return goods whether for onshore storage, scrap or re- certification/calibration. • Carry out stock audits and issue Stock Audit Reports according to procedure • Actively participate in Planning meetings on board to obtain information about upcoming works and activities on board • Provide status for materials which are required according to the Maintenance plan in line with the planning procedure. • Based on the Maintenance plan and stock movement analysis, assess and advice management onboard on optimization of Min/Max levels, spare parts and consumables inventory. • Monitor and advice management onboard with respect to timely reorder of all defined spare parts, special tools - consumables on-board, in line with the required min/max levels and upcoming requirements. • Maintain a matrix relation with onshore Material and Logistic Coordinator and the rest of Supply Chain, in terms of materials and spare parts delivery status, movements and Onshore Warehousing inventory. • Ensure hazardous/dangerous materials transportation and storage regulations and procedures are adhered to and documented.
