R&D Department: Four and a half years as a Firmware engineer at a Spanish Router Manufacturer. Specialized in low-level software (bootloaders, Linux Kernel, drivers, etc) for a proprietary OS and Linux. Working as part of an international team and using agile methodologies such as Scrum. • 2014 - 2016: Development of the BIOS of the proprietary OS for different POWER-PC and MIPS SOCs: Toolchain selection, startup of the devices, design of the memory and FLASH layouts, basic processor initialization (exceptions, watchdog, MMU, caches, etc.), initialization of peripherals (FLASH, RAM, I2C, SPI, UART, PCIe, USB, ETHERNET, ETC) and development of different drivers. • 2016 – 2019: Working on a Debian based distribution with different ARM and MIPS SOCs as one of the experts in drivers and OS architecture: Configuration and development of the bootloader (U-Boot) and Linux Kernel.
