Ivan is a strong engineer with a wide vision and deep skills in different areas of software engineering. Ivan was able to investigate and implement an image recognition system alone, and he did it during only several weeks. The architecture was chosen and applied by him in a very efficient way; he was able to find a great balance between extensibility, complexity, and budget of the solution. In this project, Ivan demonstrated his skills in architecture, design and time management. As a technical leader, Ivan managed a mid-size team that successfully met the project goals in time. Moreover, Ivan showed himself as a reliable and responsible leader, a true full-stack engineer with really deep understanding of front-end stack and agile/scrum process. To conclude, I would say Ivan is a great technical leader, solution architect, teammate and full-stack developer.
