I cannot recommend Iva highly enough! She was a pleasure to work with and always provided excellent feedback and insight in our shared projects. Specifically, I appreciated her ability to put herself in the shoes of the various impacted stakeholders (clients, internal support, sales, etc.). She wielded that empathy very effectively, and utilized it to understand and clearly communicate what those parties needed. Additionally, she could also determine on what issues they would be willing to compromise, and how to effectively manage their expectations. On a personal note, Iva is incredibly upbeat, and that attitude transfers energy and enthusiasm to her associates. I have no doubt that Iva is an asset that will bring value to any team.

As a Mortgage Consultant for Wells Fargo I assist customers with purchasing and refinancing home loans. I work very closely with them to determine credit worthiness, qualifying income, estimated equity position and determining qualifying collateral meets the needs of the loan parameters.

At CDS Global I do B2B credit analysis and collections. I work with executive level employees and clients to work to find manageable solutions for deposits and debt repayment. I analyze routine to complex credit data and financial statements such as credit references, credits reports, income growth, quality of management and market share of firms to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit and the credit worthiness of the clients. I provide summary recommendations that include recommended terms, deposit and credit worthiness. I maintain credit/collection documentation files and monitor compliance and the financial position of established accounts and bring irregularities to the attention of the management. I prepare the bad debt analysis and make recommendations to record adjustments to bad debt reserves. I also manage our incoming and outgoing postage programs, helping create a program to maintain and balance customer’s deposits for outgoing products accounts. I work closely with our sites to maintain and keep accurate financial records for all mail accounts.
