Iva is very accountable and diligent about her work. She self-improves all the time and takes care of all additional tasks that surround her projects if needed. Every team she works with can count on her to deliver a task on time and with solved third party dependencies. Iva communicates openly and in timely manner which makes her work transparent and efficient. Her ability to organize and prioritize tasks make her perfect to lead cross-team collaborations. She is also ready and often helps with tasks outside of her domain, e.g. testing a product, sharing feedback or communicating with clients. This really helps all teams she is involved with. Iva is positive and helpful both as a professional and as a person.

I've enjoyed working with Iva on PowerCLI and I find her very easy to work with. She approached the product in a very professional way - she understands the functionalities in details, always asks for assistance or more clarification when in doubt. She is very proactive and pokes the team whenever it is slacking and delaying her. She is always very punctual and delivers always on time. I recognize in her her spirit and her desire to improve the documentation all the time, her natural openness and energy, willingness to help colleagues with side-tasks like technical articles. I really hope I can work again with her and I recommend her to anybody who wants great documentation, examples, deliveries on time and excellent writing style, combined in a very pleasant personality.
