Great to pass on my experience of relocating to others. As part of the Sales department team I was responsible for finding Bulgarian, Romanian, Pilipino and Indian candidates to come over to the UK to work and study in the Hospitality and Care sectors. In this role I managed the companies’ correspondence, database, researched how to effectively find new partners abroad and to increase sales. My daily tasks were to write up reports and create excel spreadsheets, I worked closely with the placement and education teams, part of my remit was to smoothly take candidates step by step through the process from registration to placement and education, raising quotations and chasing payments due.
