I had the pleasure to work with Iuscia for almost three years. He demonstrated deep knowledge and understanding of daily practice of Project Management. His deep intelligence and curiosity allows him to understand and find hidden solutions as a result of coordinating different company function, in any contest he increases passion with the result to increase everyone's contribution. It was very sad to see him going, definitely a big loss. I wish him a wonderful career, and he will be a great asset for any future company.

I met Iuscia during a Ship Refurbishment project and, at that time, we were working for two different companies. I immediately noticed the uniqueness of his style in approaching such a complex project. I would say, a perfect mix of competence, method, empathy and character. I immediately proposed him to work in our company and we shared the same office for a couple of years, even though we were working on different projects. Iuscia is a Project Manager who knows how to work in very stressful contexts without ever losing clarity and focus but, at the same time, a colleague with whom you can work willingly, who is able to help and support the team in every situation. I would like to add that he has a high ethical and moral standing which, nowadays, is a valuable skill. I hope to work with him again sooner or later, in the meantime I wish him a brilliant career.
