      Since 2010 I was in charge of WTG Supply and Installation Contract and the WTG supervisory team. Main responsibilities:-Plan installation and commissioning strategy based on terrain features, cable network, energization requirements, interface with other works, etc.-Track WTG contractor issues, manage them and manage the interface between the WTG contractor and other contractors-Support the negotiation team with technical aspects of the contract.-Supervise receiving of WTG material-Supervise installation of WTG's-Conduct inspections after installation and commissioning-Draft and track punch list progress, values and payments-Chair the Weekly meeting with the WTG contractor-Manage support services and connected contracts for the WTG contractor.-Provide technical support to project management team during contract negotiations.-Interface with Civils and Electrical teams to coordinate execution of works.-Support commissioning of FO networks-Support commissioning of SCADA-Approve work permits-Submit payment recommendations for approval-Report progress and critical issues to project management and customer.Main achievements:- Completion of erection and commissioning for 240 units- Negotiated and managed the contract for improving the route to site- Negotiated the contract for geotechnical studies for phase one of the project. This contract was later forwarded to the Civil works team and proved to be one of the smoothest running contracts for the entire project- Negotiated and managed the contracts for support services for the WTG supplier- Developed and implemented a Microsoft Access database to track receiving, allocation and issues of WTG parts with 100% accuracy. This database is now an excellent tool for managing the contract, keep track of milestones and punch list holdbacks, and create exquisite reports with just a few clicks.- Successfully nudged the WTG contractor into keeping in line with national quality requirements.
