In the 2 years that I’ve manager her, I’ve watched her grow into a designer that sets the bar for the rest of the team. As organized as she is creative, Ashley provides a great sense of balance. Her chill demeanor provides a sense of calm to any team while her ideas are invigorating and clever. She is a top notch designer any manager would be lucky to have on their team.
