  The primary function of the Director is to coordinate and maintain institutional data for the purpose of institutional research, planning and effectiveness. The Director engages all units of the ITC in developing, articulating and evaluating unit outcomes as they impact the overall effectiveness of the institution. The Director also serves as the accreditation officer for the ITC. This position also communicates and implements quality enhancement programs and initiatives. The outcome of these programs is to improve student learning through interrelating the curriculum area outcomes; to ascertain the effectiveness of the institution-wide efforts of the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP); to develop across the campus, program (QEP) initiatives through a variety of assessment methodology, heavily focusing on student learning outcomes and, to provide professional development for faculty, students and staff that increases the community’s knowledge, utility and proficiency of the ITC’s educational distinction in the quality of educational services and delivery.
