      Main tasks were giving overall control about budget, provide status view of portfolio of integration projects, control dependencies, and act as lead Programe Manager for larger/more complex projects. Managing international teams based around the globe (Singapore, UK, Spain, USA, Israel, Thailand, …). Among projects with major involvement during this period: - SAP Rise migration from on-prem environment for SAP FI and SAP HR. - Migration of main DB of the company to Oracle 19c. Major initiative with critical stop of sales interventions and massive impact on apps. - Oracle Exadata migration project. Migration of core DB services from Exadata X6-X5 to Exadata X8 Cloud at Customer (EXACC). Including programming and managing critical interventions and switchover activities on core services. - Managing Tech stream in triple merge between Hotelbeds, GTA and Tourico Holidays (#1, #2 and #3 in the Bedbank market). - Triple Active Directory/Windows environment merge project including: Definition and deployment of a new AD unified environment, Migration of User, Computer, servers and Apps authentication; Migration of a Exchange on-premise to Office 365 for 2k users. Project of close to 3M€ and 1.5 years duration.Datacenter Decommission, as part of the strategy of merge data centers of 2 of the 3 companies have to be closed, so the project was to make inventories of equipment along all datacenters, define a strategy and dependencies control and finally execute decommission and contract termination. Project of 2.5M€ and 2 years duration.Also minor involvement in:- Network Unification, provide quick solution for allow all employees, during initial stages of integration, to access to all company resources.- Deployment of Zoom as unified web conference solution.- Telephony unification, deploy systems for allow interconnectivity between call centers.- Definition of user lifecycle for integration interim period.       After completing technology transformation program, HR Director requested support for renewing the HRIS environment. I was leading the task force created for transformation from technical side. Leading a team of 5 HRIS roles. Once realized a full analysis of environment and preparation of a business case/roadmap these where the initiatives developed. - Implementation of Workday replacing old legacy applications. Including Core Data, On-Boarding, Compensation, Reporting, Integrations (Identity Management, SAP FI, others…). Project of close to 3M€.First Workday Deployment in Spain. - Workday to SAP HR integration for Payroll management. As SAP HR was used for payroll was needed to develop an interface for feed SAP HR with Payroll needed data.- Transformation of HR Ops support processes: implemented a global strategy for supporting employees on a shared services center using JIRA.- Support on a Payroll transformation from local payroll providers to ADP. Managing whole cycle from user creation, asset requests, group management till user termination and asset control.- Migration of Numara Footprints to JIRA, taking advantage of this transformation for implementing Confluence along the IT community. Deployed different projects for different support areas (Technology, Finance, Business Support, Procurement, etc…). Including Jira Service Desk.- Migration from Lotus Notes to Office 365 full company deployment. - Minor projects related with Corporate IT environment: Active Directory improvements, File servers deployment and others...
