IMPORT - Arranging the required original documents for clearance from the customer before arrival and after receiving then will check the eta of vessel and update the shipment status to customer.- Get the charges for DO and arrange payments and submit all the required documents in counter for collecting DO.- After receiving the delivery order will pass the import declaration and pay DPC.- Applying for MOFA attestation if the invoice amount of goods is more than 10000 aed.- Coordinate for inspection in case insisted by customs and will make sure inspection area/slot is confirmed with PRO prior booking.- Arrange the transportation to deliver the shipment as per customer convenience without any port storage/line detention.- After shipment is completed invoice will be raised and sent to customer and will follow up for payments.////////EXPORT(ALL DESTINATIONS)- Getting the business confirmed by sales, will book the vessel and get the CRO from shipping line / nvocc, then will share the release to customer for getting the container from port to load cargo.- Coordinate with transporter and customer for placing the container at the loading spot, after loading is completed will pass the export declaration, and pay DPC, if it is ok will deposit the container in port.- Coordinate for inspection in case insisted by customs and will make sure inspection area/slot is confirmed with PRO prior booking.- Shipping instruction will add according to customer’s preference.- Arranging the type of BL which customer is preferred and collect it from shipping line and deliver it on time to customer.-Ensuring EXIT documents is submitted to Pro for ship out & final stamp.- Monitoring the shipments from booking till delivery. -Arranging the BL and commercial documents from customers before arrival from Japan, then will check the ETA status to Jebel Ali and update customer. - Get the charges for DO and arrange payments and submit all the required documents in counter for collecting DO.-Coordinating with shipping line and DP world for changing the stack of the container from import arrived shipping line stack to our stack after the import arrived vessel sails from jebel Ali port.-Then will pass the Transit ROW declaration and arrange for manual DPC payment in port documentation office with our PRO.-After DPC payment will coordinate with port for status change from import to FCL.- Negotiate the rates for space in early ships operating to Iran to load the containers after that will book the entire vessel or partial space according to the requirement.-Then will ask the shipping instruction from customer to make our company BL.-Follow up with customer for BL confirmation and after confirmation will share the LOADLIST and BL draft to IRAN agent to file manifest.-After vessel sailing will share the surrender BL or OBL to customer as well as DO release request to agent for the destination consignee to collect DO.-Monitor the shipments till it reaches final destination.
