  Oversaw implementation projects to establish Mobile Base Stations and Infrastructure for customers based in Hungary, Africa, EU, Middle East, and Mexico. Managed all contractors and subcontractors providing ongoing leadership and guidance, monitoring completion of project deliverables, and identifying improvement opportunities to streamline processes. Key Projects: Hungary T-Mobile 3G Radio Site implementation: Rescued the underperforming project by operating as a liaison between client and development teams. Successfully resolved outstanding issues related to project deliverables, team communication, and client satisfaction to get the project back on track for on time delivery for the updated project schedule.  Hungary – Vodafone MMS2.0 (MIEP; MML) Implementation Project: Successfully developed a partnership with VFE Hu, a company that previously denied partnership with Ericsson. Agreement required a full overhaul for mobile products to address concerns commercial use within VFE to increase Customer satisfaction and retention.  Congo (Backbone Project): Oversaw operations for a very complex and time sensitive project, mainly focused on laying Fiber Optic Cables under the sea and underground, to connect Congo (DCR) to the telecom networks.
