  Implemented a new collaborative funding model that reduced expenditure by 50% and allowed the council to create programming that catered to the needs of the 3 student cohorts within the Faculty of Health Sciences.Created a $140,000+ budget that addressed declining revenues due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This was achieved by reducing council spending on low-impact initiatives, and increasing allocation for programs with high demand. Created a new quantitative model for evaluating council programming to inform budget allocations in the future.
