I founded the company with the intention of starting a startup, but after determining that our initial product was unsuitable for the market, we decided to rebrand the company as a software development house and consulting firm. To launch the business, I need to evolve from a programmer to something more. such as a sales representative, an accountant, a financial analyst, or a human resources manager. My consulting work is heavily reliant on my technique, which I am constantly honing. I founded the Association out of a simple desire to see more of the programmer community in Thailand. Together with my team, we grew the Association from zero to 140,000 programmers in the community, collaborating with numerous government agencies, universities, and private sectors. My role here is to connect people and manage projects beginning with the meeting event, online/offline courses, project management for the government, and developing university syllabuses, among other things. As a Day 0, In order to deliver two products within a year, I am starting from the ground and bringing on more than 25 teammates with me on the journey. Technique directors are responsible for designing the entire process, software architecture, and ensuring that the product can be delivered in accordance with industry standards such as DevOps and Agile. One of the greatest leaps out of my comfort zone in my life occurred when I was invited to relocate to Malaysia to establish a logistics company by a friend whom I met at an international competition a few years ago. As a Chief Technology Officer, I was responsible for establishing and managing the company's technology division. My role there was to work as the director and also to conduct research and development on artificial intelligence for the business, such as route planning optimization.
