During the time I have worked with Issaraporn, the word "No" was hardly a response from her. She would take up the maximum amount of workload, handling numerous tasks, resolving issues and still keep a smile. Among the people I have worked with in the team, she has the best spoken English which makes it easy to communicate. Her attitude towards her responsibilities are the best in her team. Even as a Sales Account Manager she has occasionally achieved more than her monthly target. If she did not understand something, she would have the courage to ask and seek clarification. Many of us can learn from a non-native English speaker who is willing to go out of her comfort-zone and accomplish her objectives. She is an excellent person with great time-management skills. A lot of her qualities are self-motivated with a desire to learn and improve. I think she is a great asset to any team and company. It was a pleasure working with her. If given the opportunity, I would work with her again.
