Initiated over 20 security clearances weekly, utilizing the JPAS system. Distributed SAAR-N forms to help customers receive NMCI access, during this process there was direct communication with the IT manger. Maintained multiple spreadsheets for tracking purposes, three of which were the people who were authorized in specific Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). Briefing the triad, Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, Command Master Chief, and other officer and junior officers, weekly about current events located on SIPRNET. The Incident Report was sent out monthly, notifying the CO of any changes that were made throughout the month that could potentially put the sailor and command at risk.
