Briefing the triad, Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, Command Master Chief, and other officer and junior officers, weekly about current events located on SIPRNET. The Incident Report was sent out monthly, notifying the CO of any changes that were made throughout the month that could potentially put the sailor and command at risk.
