Israel was my ECD during my time at SET, but here’s the magic with him… I felt like a partner. He allowed me to be responsible and empowered to explore and take creative risks. And with those ideas, rather than put his stamp on it, he would use his considerable expertise to refine and sharpen them to a point where we had lethal weapons. Furthermore, he would defend your work, advocate for it, and allow you to present it. He has the power to engage and collaborate with ease. In any client or creative situation he has the ability to read between the lines, effortlessly understanding the way to a clients soul.
