1. Prepare wet utility (domestic water, fire water, storm drain, sewer), grading, drainage, and public improvement plans for preliminary/final engineering projects of residential nature. 2. Plans created and wet utility systems designed using AutoCAD Civil 3D. 3. Prepare miscellaneous exhibits for clients or HOA. 4. Conduct preliminary due diligence research for existing sites by locating as-builts, public improvement plans, wet utility atlas, record drawings, and discovering utility purveyors. 5. Prepare sewer area study reports to determine efficacy of current sewer systems in existing sites. 6. Prepare cost estimates for projects. 7. Prepare Tentative Tract Maps during preliminary engineering for proposed projects. Show less
