Israel and I have worked several years together at the Sony retail store in San Diego, CA. He was a great salesman and example for our sales team. He took on each day with a purpose, keeping his customers above anything else. Constructive criticism was taken in a serious manner to better himself and the company. At times when we needed it, he led his peers and brought morale to the team to achieve our goals. Israel was a pleasure to work with and would recommend him wholeheartedly in his future endeavors.
