  Responsible for facilitating the termly Better Forums, part of the democratic process at LUU where students present potential policy ideas to a panel.I briefed the student panel, ensuring they were confident in their role. I hosted proceedings, explaining the format and setting the ground rules. Following the presentation of each idea, I ensured the panel had an opportunity to ask any questions before chairing the discussion between the idea holder, panel and student representatives. I summarised the feedback before proceeding to the vote.In this role, I practiced effective timekeeping and demonstrated agility and resilience during emotive debates around potentially divisive topics.
