      In Halls of Residence at Kingston University I lead a small team. Our purpose was to help students who are new to halls to settle in, deal with any issues they may have in halls, and to organise and run events for them throughout the year. My role covered these tasks, as well as handling time-sheets, acting as a go between for our manager and the rest of the team, and making sure the team functions well and achieves its goals.
