He is a great leader who empowers people and believes in the capabilities of his team. Mr. Ismail handles conflicts effectively by controlling his emotions to prevent negative discussions and confrontations that may affect his decision making this is because of his high emotional intelligence. He prefers to resolve problems rather than making things complicated. As a father, he is loving and caring to his daughters who sets a good example to them on how to deal with people, how to behave and to be kind.
