Describing Ismail is the most simple thing to do in this existence. Only one word is enough to describe Ismail. Ismail is Fabolous. Ismail and I collaborated multiple times on different projects that are taking place in a diverse pool of industries. Interactive Media, 3D Games, 2D Games, Web Applications. Ismail always delivers the best assets imaginable. First of all, he always thinks outside of the box to combine ideas to create most flexible, optimized and sustainable approach ever exists. He is dedicated, determined, caring and committed to whatever he creates. I've learned a lot from Ismail and day by day, I am learning something new from him.

Ismail and I were both alumni of the flagship VR First lab in BAU, where he and I were regularly at workstations working on individual projects. Since I was primarily a Unity developer and not a modeler, he had a lot of insight into the craft that I lacked and, additionally, I've seen him dedicate many hours into producing the best, most optimized work that he can. For myself and everyone that's worked with him in class projects, game jams, hired work, and passion projects, he's consistently been a key contributor since his work is produced quality work in a relatively short timeframe. He's also generous about sharing his knowledge with the local community in Istanbul and sharing his assets with indie projects that lack a budget.

      The VR First Lab was the first XR lab in Turkey and was where I was first introduced to working with HTC Vive and Oculus Rift headsets. While still in high school, I accepted a Developer-in-Residence position and joined the community of the VR First Lab and participated in VR development competitions and hackathons. There I developed my skills to delivery fast and optimized 3D assets for a variety of projects. My team was one of the winning projects in the Babylon Jam Hackathon in 2018, a language learning XR competition funded by the Goethe Institute.
