  RESPONSIBILITIES AS Quality Control Manager Preparation, submission, implementation of QA/QC plan, concrete placement, demolition, cold & hot weather, O&M training, warranty management plan, submittal register. Ensure that all materials and construction are in accordance with the requirements for the completeness, accuracy, constructability in compliance with the requirements of International Building Code (IBC). Ensure all work is done in a safe manner in accordance with site rules and regulations. Contribute to effective teamwork and team building by working closely with other team members. Ensure that works are coordinated in an effective manner so that programmed objectives are achieved. Preparing site reports, all check lists and sending to related departments. Supervise QC and progress monitoring of site construction activities and Make sure the drawings used on the site are up to date drawings and are approved. Knowledge of international standards for buildings, roads, electrical, water supply, IBC, IPC, ASTM, AASHTO, ACI, UFGS, IEC, and IEEE.
