  KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for maintaining and updating project client tracking sheets.• Ensure accurate data entry in accordance with CHANGE data entry standard operating procedures. • Train research assistants on data entry and editing in accordance with the standard operating procedures • Conduct on spot checks of data entered to ensure data entered is of high quality • Ensuring that the number of records in the dataset match the number in the flowchart• Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents • Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan• Responding to information requests from authorized project stakeholders• Draw weekly data Summary outputs . • Testing new database systems and software updates • Responsible for safe keeping of intervention materials disposed to them, such as laptops, speakers, tape recorders, furniture, etc.• Code and verify data in accordance with specified coding and data cleaning procedures.
