  -My role consisted of managing the finances, looking at budget and all other financial matters of the club and keeping the club's members up to date on the finances via emails and other communication. -Liaised with the athletics union to allow for efficient reimbursement of club membership in 2020/21 due to COVID-19 -Successfully co-raised £2464.20 by co-submitting with the club Kit Officer a grant application to Keele’s Key Fund – a fund set up through donations by Keele alumni and other benefactors. -This required extensive research of fencing club kit from various vendors to find the best vendors that allowed the club to balance both cost and quality. I also had to explain why our club deserved the money and how it would benefit.
