      Elves is a tech company, which uses machine learning to create the ultimate personal assistant bot. In other words, a Siri that never gets stuck. My role was to help the users with any request they had, especially hard to get items and requests, while simultaneously teaching the machine, slowly but surely, how to handle these requests as efficiently as a human being. Handling users according to each personality required adaptability and lots of teamwork, to create the best user experience.
