  - Manage solar projects from time of sale to completion across Bay Area, CA & Orlando, FL branches- Lead a team of three to advance projects forward in order to execute both solar and roofing processes to reach project completion- Promote diverse team environment across sales development, operations and accounting departments- Engage with contracted install company to progress site audits, permits, scope of works, financing, and inspections- Collaborate and report directly to CEO in terms of goals and growth plans for solar installations/production processes- Execute weekly branch manager meetings to discuss and provide solutions for urgent projects as well as ideas to speed up install timelines- Work alongside accounting department for accurate payouts amongst subcontractors/sales representatives- Communicate with sub contractors in order to complete necessary work throughout project life cycle- Manage roofing company HomeXperts - Generating roofing estimates for sales, scope of work for subcontractors, permitting, scheduling, subcontractor payouts- Negotiate amongst subcontractors to gain the overall best pricings and timelines for necessary projects while staying within budget
